Reviews and Ratings
The Testarossa Room was large, clean, and of exceptionally high quality, making our stay cozy in a nice, quiet location. Perfect for a couple getaway with good food and spot-on service, fitting well with the age of the building. The only downside was that it was a little too hot for our liking despite opening the window.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was splendid, with charming gardens and easy access to natural parks, but the room left much to be desired with a dated decor and uncomfortable bed. The dining experience had its ups and downs, offering smoked haddock but lacking in cereal choices. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel's rooms were fantastic, well-furnished, and offered lots of piping hot water, making for a comfortable stay. However, the service lacked in customer relations, which was disappointing given my repeat visits to the hotel. The well-kept grounds and lamp-lit bridge added to the charm of the slightly better family room. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
